Liverpool are reportedly ready to allow Suso to join AC Milan in January, as a replacement for Stephan El Shaarawy.
The young Spanish midfielder has struggled to earn a place in the Reds' first team and spent last season on loan with Almeria.
According to The Express, El Shaarawy is set to leave the Rossoneri for Borussia Dortmund in January and his departure is likely to trigger a bid for the 21-year-old playmaker.
Suso's current deal with Liverpool is set to run out in June and manager Brendan Rodgers is said to be keen on securing a transfer fee in the New Year rather than lose the player for nothing.
Liverpool are currently ninth in the Premier League.
