Sergio Aguero, Matija Nastasic to miss Manchester derby through injury

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini confirms that Sergio Aguero and Matija Nastasic will both be unavailable for Tuesday's clash with Manchester United.

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed that Sergio Aguero and Matija Nastasic will both miss Tuesday's clash with Manchester United through injury.

Aguero remains sidelined with a hamstring problem while Matija Nastasic misses out because of a knee injury.

However, captain Vincent Kompany is available again for the Blues after serving out a one-match ban.

Pellegrini told reporters: "Matija Nastasic and Sergio Aguero are still injured. Kompany was suspended, but he is back."

City take on United at Old Trafford knowing that a win will move them to within six points of leaders Chelsea in the Premier League table.
