Man City assures Tevez he can leave?

Carlos Tevez is believed to have agreed a deal with Manchester City that will let him leave the club in January.

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has reportedly come to an agreement with the Premier League side that he can leave the Etihad Stadium in January.

The disgraced star has decided not to appeal the two-week fine and two-week suspension served by the club after the events in Germany two months ago.

The Argentina international's decision to accept the ban imposed upon him is due to a deal with the club that allows him to leave in the next transfer window, according to the Daily Star.

While the 27-year-old is thought to be hopeful of a move away from City, the club recently claimed that they would not sell the striker at a cut price.

Although it has been well documented that the frontman is unhappy at the Etihad Stadium, boss Roberto Mancini revealed that Tevez could revive his Man City career if he apologises.
