Carlos Tevez will fly back to England on Thursday as his two-week ban for refusing to come on as a substitute against Bayern Munich comes to an end.
The striker will learn his fate as Manchester City decide on a punishment for the incident.
While City are unlikely sack the Argentinian, it is understood that he may be forced to train with the reserves while club officials plan an exit strategy, as Roberto Mancini has said that Tevez's first-team career is over.
West Ham, Real Madrid and Brazilian club Corinthians have all expressed interest in taking Tevez away from City.
