Team News: Joe Hart on Manchester City bench for Hull City trip

Willy Caballero is preferred in goal to Joe Hart for Manchester City's trip to Hull City.

Joe Hart has remained on the bench for Manchester City's trip to Hull City this afternoon as Manuel Pellegrini has retained faith with Willy Caballero.

Caballero started the 7-0 midweek mauling of Sheffield Wednesday in the League Cup and remains between the sticks.

Pellegrini has made five changes to his side though, with Pablo Zabaleta, Gael Clichy, Vincent Kompany, David Silva and Sergio Aguero all returning.

Meanwhile, Steve Bruce has sent a message to his squad following Wednesday's dramatic 3-2 midweek loss to West Brom by making 10 changes this afternoon.

Liam Rosenior is the only player to retain his place for the visit of the champions to the KC Stadium.

Hull City: McGregor; Rosenior, Davies, Dawson, Elmohamady, Robertson; Livermore, Diame, Huddlestone; Jelavic, Hernandez

Manchester City: Caballero; Zabaleta, Kompany, Mangala, Clichy; Milner, Fernandinho, Yaya Toure, Silva; Aguero, Dzeko
