Manchester City 'enter Sandro Tonali race'

Manchester City are allegedly ready to enter the race for Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali during the summer transfer window.

Manchester City have reportedly identified Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali as a potential summer signing.

While Pep Guardiola has no intention of making additions in January, the Spaniard is likely already preparing bids for a number of targets later in 2020 after a disappointing Premier League campaign.

According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the English giants are monitoring the development of highly-regarded Tonali.

Having impressed during his first season in Serie A, the 19-year-old is expected to move to a bigger club in the near future.

Juventus and Inter Milan are allegedly contemplating an approach for the prospect, while Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be keen on the youngster.

Despite his lack of top-flight experience, Tonali has already made three appearances for Italy.
