Manchester City are reportedly weighing up a move for Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli during this summer's transfer window.
The 23-year-old was in strong form for his Italian club during the 2020-21 campaign, providing four goals and three assists in 34 Serie A appearances.
Juventus continue to be linked with a move for the Italy international, who is thought to be valued by his club in the region of €40m (£34.4m).
However, according to Calciomercato, there is also firm interest from the Premier League in the shape of Man City, with Pep Guardiola's side eyeing a potential summer deal.
The report claims that the Manchester club have already 'tested the waters' and could 'soon make an official offer' for the midfielder.
Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding Locatelli, who has been included in the Italy squad for this summer's European Championships.
