The 22-year-old, who has made 90 appearances for Gimnastic since 2013, is expected to be loaned out immediately by the Premier League outfit, according to talkSPORT.

A statement on the Spanish club's official website read: "We thank Pablo Mari for his commitment, discipline and hard work that he has contributed during these three years in the ranks of the first team.
