Manchester United's Darren Fletcher absent from training ahead of Braga clash

Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher misses training ahead of his side's Champions League match against Braga, while Nick Powell and Shinji Kagawa are also absent.

Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher is thought to be a doubt for the Red Devils ahead of their Champions League clash against Braga after missing training.

The Scotland international, who faced a lengthy spell on the sidelines after being diagnosed with a chronic bowel condition, was thought to be in contention to feature for the North West outfit in the European meeting in Portugal tomorrow.

Defender Phil Jones and midfield pair Nick Powell and Shinji Kagawa were also missing from this morning's training session, while centre-back Chris Smalling did take part following his bout of injury.

United head into the match this week at the top of Group H with nine points.
