England have revealed that Jesse Lingard will not take part in either Saturday's clash with Bulgaria or next week's fixture with Kosovo as the attacker has returned to Manchester United.
Lingard was called into the England squad for their two Euro 2020 qualifiers on home soil despite struggling for form during the early stages of the 2019-20 campaign.
The 26-year-old will play no part for Gareth Southgate's side, though, as the Three Lions have revealed that an illness has seen the attacker return to his club.

Speaking to ITV ahead of the clash with Bulgaria, Southgate revealed that Lingard had been unable to train in recent days, therefore the decision had taken to sent him back to United.
Lingard, who has scored four times in 24 caps for England since debuting in 2016, is expected to be available for United's Premier League clash with Leicester City next weekend.
