Manchester United agree a deal with a UAE mobile telecoms company, allowing fans in the country to access goals and interview footage.

Premier League champions Manchester United have signed a two-year partnership with Du, a leading mobile telecoms company in the United Arab Emirates.

Under the terms of the deal, United fans in the UAE will be able to see all the goals scored in matches, while also being able to access exclusive club interviews.

"In recent years, the club has grown very close links with the Middle East and we know from our visits there that the fans are as loyal and as passionate about the team as anyone," manager Sir Alex Ferguson told the club's official website.

"To be able to address them directly is incredible and the network of deals that we are building up means that more and more fans can feel involved with what happens at United."

United have an estimated 56 million supporters in the Middle East.
