Wayne Rooney angry at Chelsea questions

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney responds in an angry manner when asked about his future.

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney issued an angry response when quizzed about his future following their 4-2 win against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

Rooney's future was the subject of speculation for the majority of the summer, with the Red Devils rejecting two bids from Chelsea as well as reported interest from Arsenal.

"Listen, I'm concentrating on my football as I have done all summer," Rooney told ITV Sport.

"I've put my head down, worked hard to get myself fit for the season. I'm pleased with the way I have come back and delighted that I am scoring goals."

When quizzed further on the issue, Rooney barked: "Listen, I've just told you, I am concentrating on my football which I've been doing all summer."

A recent report claimed that Arsenal were preparing a move for the England international when the transfer window re-opens in January.
