Arsenal, Manchester United looking at Fernando Muslera?

Arsenal and Manchester United are ready to do battle for the signing of goalkeeper Fernando Muslera from Galatasaray, according to a report.

Arsenal and Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Galatasaray goalkeeper Fernando Muslera.

It is thought that the 28-year-old could be willing to leave Turkey this summer.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is said to be in the market for a new first-choice stopper this summer, with doubts over the futures of Wojciech Szczesny and David Ospina at the Emirates Stadium

Chelsea's Petr Cech has been heavily linked with a move across London to join the Gunners.

According to the Daily Star, Wenger wants to sign Muslera should a move for Cech fall through.

However, the report adds that Premier League rivals United have identified the Uruguay international as a potential replacement for David de Gea.

The Spanish goalkeeper could leave Old Trafford this summer to link up with Real Madrid.

Muslera joined Galatasaray from Lazio in 2011.
