Barcelona could reportedly miss out on the signing of RB Leipzig attacker Dani Olmo if they prioritise a move for Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling in January.
The Catalan giants are allegedly determined to move for Sterling during the winter transfer window, with the England international said to be open to leaving the Etihad Stadium at the start of 2022.
Olmo also continues to be strongly linked with Xavi's team, but according to El Nacional, any deal for the Spain international is likely to depend on Sterling.
The report claims that Barcelona could miss out on the Leipzig attacker if they do not show that he is their priority, with Manchester United waiting in the background to sign him.
Olmo, who has allegedly already come to an agreement with his German club over a January exit, has struggled with injuries this season, making just six appearances in all competitions.
The 23-year-old played in Leipzig's three matches immediately before the international break, though, before featuring in Spain's two World Cup qualifiers against Greece and Sweden.
