Bayern Munich are reportedly yet to open talks with Robert Lewandowski over a new contract at the Allianz Arena.
The 33-year-old is due to become a free agent in under 18 months' time, and a potential departure has supposedly alerted the attention of both Real Madrid and Manchester United.
Lewandowski has remained a clinical finisher despite his advancing years, currently boasting 39 goals from 33 matches in all competitions during the 2021-22 season.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Poland international is waiting for Bayern to open contract talks with his entourage, but no discussions have taken place yet.
Romano adds that Lewandowski's future remains "absolutely open" amid suggestions that he wants to test himself in a new league before hanging up his boots.
Lewandowski now has 333 goals in 362 appearances for the Bundesliga champions since arriving in 2014 and has been crowned The Best FIFA Men's Player two years running.
