Roma defender Mehdi Benatia will reportedly travel to Germany tomorrow for a medical with Bayern Munich.
Speculation last week had suggested that the German champions had withdrawn from the race to sign the 27-year-old, who was also said to be of interest to both Manchester United and Chelsea.
However, Bayern recently reopened talks with their Italian counterparts, with a £20.7m fee having since been agreed, according to Sky Sport Italia.
Providing that he passes the medical, the report adds that the centre-back will sign a five-year contract with the Bavarians.
