Chelsea would reportedly have to break their transfer record in order to bring Bayer Leverkusen attacker Kai Havertz to Stamford Bridge during this summer's transfer window.
The Blues have been strongly linked with a move for the Germany international, who has scored 15 times and contributed eight assists in 38 appearances during the 2019-20 campaign.
However, according to the CIES Football Observatory, Havertz's current value is €94.7m (£85m), indicating that the capital giants would have to break their transfer record to sign the 21-year-old.
Chelsea paid a club-record £72m fee to sign Kepa Arrizabalaga from Athletic Bilbao in 2018, while their highest transfer for an outfield player was Alvaro Morata's £60m move from Real Madrid in 2017.
Havertz, who has also been linked with Manchester United and Real Madrid, will see his existing deal at the BayArena expire at the end of the 2021-22 season.
The versatile attacker has scored six times in his last five Bundesliga appearances.
