Cristiano Ronaldo 'exploring options elsewhere'

A report claims that Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo is open to a transfer this summer, with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain possible destinations.

Cristiano Ronaldo's representatives are reportedly in the process of assessing which clubs would be interested in signing the Juventus forward this summer.

The Portugal international has spent three seasons at the Allianz Stadium and has another year to run on his existing deal.

Juve are supposedly open to selling Ronaldo ahead of next season, knowing that the five-time Ballon d'Or winner will be available for free in 12 months' time.

Ronaldo is believed to have recently held talks with new boss Massimiliano Allegri and, according to ESPN, an exit this summer has not been ruled out by the superstar forward.

It is claimed that Ronaldo's entourage have already started reaching out to teams, with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United considered two possible options should he move on.

The 36-year-old scored 36 goals in 44 games last season, but Juve fell well short in the Champions League and relinquished their Scudetto crown to Inter Milan.
