Angel di Maria has admitted that he feels uneasy about his situation at Manchester United, but insists that he will not leave Old Trafford this summer.
The Argentina international struggled for regular game time under manager Louis van Gaal in his debut season for the Red Devils.
Rumours emerged during the campaign stating that the 27-year-old could be on his way out of United, with Paris Saint-Germain thought to be interested, but Di Maria has maintained that he wants to stay.
When asked in an interview with newspaper Ole if he is planning a departure, the former Real Madrid star said: "No, because I'm not thinking like that. In Madrid there were times when I was whistled around the stadium but faced it and then it turned around. I like to deal with things."
Despite his intentions to stay put, the attacker did admit that he feels unhappy with the lack of game time. He added: "Yes. For me, and my family. Because not everything goes as I want, because I don't play.
"Because I came with an intention and end up on the bench. It's hard to tell how I feel there. I started well, with goals and assists. I was having a good time, until I was out. It's a little hard to explain why I do not play."
It has been reported in Spain that Barcelona have held talks with Di Maria regarding a possible future move to Camp Nou.
