Bayern Munich defender Dante has claimed that Manchester United have shown an interest in his services.
Although United manager David Moyes has played down the chances of any Old Trafford arrivals this month, it is believed that the Scot has been trying to make one or two additions to his squad.
One of those players appears to be Brazilian international Dante, who has told Fox Sports Brazil that he is "happy" to have learned of United's reported desire to sign him.
"I'm happy with the Manchester United interest, my party is keeping me informed about it," said the 30-year-old.
Dante made 45 appearances as Bayern won the treble last season.
