Manchester United are reportedly ready to move for Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin this summer.
The 24-year-old, who is currently away with England at the European Championship, scored 21 goals and registered four assists in 39 appearances for the Toffees during the 2020-21 campaign.
A number of clubs, including Real Madrid and Arsenal, have been credited with an interest in the forward.
However, according to The Sun, Man United are also keen on the Englishman, as the Red Devils look to bring in competition for Edinson Cavani during the 2021-22 season.
The 20-time English champions have also been linked with Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane, but Calvert-Lewin would cost significantly less than the England captain during this summer's transfer window.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are also said to be keen to sign a new centre-back this summer, with Real Madrid's Raphael Varane a leading target, while Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho will officially move to Old Trafford following the competition of Euro 2020.
