Report: Wilfried Zaha to make permanent switch back to Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace could make Wilfried Zaha's return to Selhurst Park permanent this week by signing him from parent club Manchester United, according to reports.

Crystal Palace could make Wilfried Zaha's return to Selhurst Park permanent this week, according to reports.

The 22-year-old winger, who made his name in South London, joined Manchester United in 2013 under Sir Alex Ferguson, but was seldom used by successor David Moyes.

After falling out of favour under new United manager Louis van Gaal, Zaha rejoined Palace on a season-long loan last summer.

According to The Mirror, the England-capped youngster is willing to end his tenure at Old Trafford with a cut-price transfer back to Palace, and could move in the next few days.

Zaha has made 18 appearances for the club this season.
