Manchester United are reportedly ready to move for Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans during the January transfer window.
The Belgium international was strongly linked with a move away from the Foxes over the summer, but the market closed with the 25-year-old still at the King Power Stadium.
Tielemans has made seven appearances for Brendan Rodgers's side this season, contributing one assist, but he is out of contract next June and is seemingly unlikely to sign a new deal at the club.
Arsenal and Liverpool were among the clubs credited with an interest in the Belgian over the summer, but according to Fichajes, Man United are currently lining up a move.
The report claims that the Red Devils are keen to sign a creative midfielder in January and view Tielemans as the ideal acquisition, as he is likely to be available in a cut-price deal.

Man United boss Erik ten Hag allegedly wants a player who can rotate with Christian Eriksen, and the club could have as much as £70m to spend during the January market.
The midfielder was again a key player for Leicester last season, making 50 appearances in all competitions, contributing seven goals and five assists in the process.
"That is not out of the question," Tielemans told reporters over the summer when questioned on a possible exit. "I feel very good at Leicester, I was welcomed with open arms from day one. I give everything for the club until the last day.
"But of course you have to listen to other opportunities, you have to look at your career, and sometimes you have to make choices. Maybe one will come my way."
The Belgian joined Leicester from Monaco in January 2019, initially on loan, and he has made 165 appearances for the Foxes in all competitions, scoring 24 goals and registering 25 assists.

Man United head coach Ten Hag hinted last week that the Red Devils were planning to be active during the January transfer window.
"Always to use such breaks [is] useful," Ten Hag told MUTV. "We have many meetings, we have to improve the structures in and around the club, we will do.
"We will also look to the window in January or next summer already but also to improve our way of playing by making plans and, of course, this coming period with every third day a game we have to get ready for that.
"The players: 90% is away, the others will train proper and for the rest we have to prepare very well and I hope everyone stays fit, return, healthy back and we have to go in and attack."
Man United, who recorded a 2-0 win over Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League on Thursday night, are also believed to want a new right-back and forward as part of the next phase of their squad rebuild.
