David Moyes keen to bolster Real Sociedad squad

Real Sociedad manager David Moyes reveals that he could turn to the Premier League to recruit some players this January.

David Moyes has revealed that he is interested in bringing Premier League-based players to Real Sociedad this January.

The former Manchester United boss is keen to bolster his squad following a slow first half to the campaign for his side, who are just two points above the relegation zone.

With the Spanish top-flight season resuming this weekend, Moyes admitted that he could use his links back in England to recruit some players during the current transfer window.

"I spent some time with my family [during the winter break], but I made the most of the days [back in the UK] to watch a few matches and talk to a lot of football people," he is quoted as saying by Marca. "I asked around about various players to find out whether they were available."

Adnan Januzaj, who has fallen out of favour at Old Trafford this term, is among those who have been linked with a move to Sociedad.
