Report: Manchester United to offload £45m-rated PSG target Di Maria

PSG reportedly prepare a £45m summer swoop for out-of-favour Manchester United winger Angel di Maria.

Paris Saint-Germain are lining up a £45m summer move for Manchester United winger Angel di Maria, according to reports.

The former Real Madrid ace has struggled to justify the British record £59.7m spent on him last summer, and has been benched by Louis van Gaal in the last five games.

Consequently, speculation is rife that United may cut their losses and offload the 27-year-old in the coming months, and PSG are ready to swoop, according to The Mirror.

The big-spending French champions were touted to make a move last summer, but breaching Financial Fair Play regulations forced them to bow out of the race.

Di Maria, whose contract expires in 2019, has netted three times and grabbed 10 assists from 25 Premier League appearances.
