Report: Six Premier League clubs want Ashley Young

A report claims that Watford, West Bromwich Albion, Everton, Burnley, Hull City and Swansea City want to sign Ashley Young from Manchester United.

Manchester United winger Ashley Young is reportedly a transfer target for six Premier League clubs.

The Englishman has made nine appearances under Jose Mourinho this term, but it is understood that he is deemed surplus to requirements ahead of the January transfer window.

Young's former club Watford have been strongly linked with the 31-year-old, but according to The Sun, West Bromwich Albion, Everton, Burnley, Hull City and Swansea City are also closely monitoring developments at Old Trafford.

Young, who can also operate at right-back, has just 18 months remaining on his current Man United deal.

Since joining the 20-time English champions from Aston Villa in 2011, the wideman has won one Premier League title and one FA Cup.
