Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly performed a U-turn on his decision to leave the club this summer and is now considering staying at the Bernabeu.
Reports emerged last month claiming that the four-time Ballon d'Or winner wanted out of the Spanish capital following accusations of tax evasion to the tune of almost £13m.
The 32-year-old was understood to be angry at his treatment at the hands of the Spanish authorities, and his decision to leave put a number of Europe's top clubs on high alert.
However, AS claims that Ronaldo's stance has since softened and he is now open to the idea of staying with the Spanish and European champions.
Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain were among the clubs to be linked with the Portugal captain, who is currently on holiday with his family in Ibiza following the birth of his newborn twins.
Ronaldo is Real Madrid's leading all-time goalscorer with a staggering 406 goals in just 394 appearances.
