Inter Milan president Erick Thohir has insisted that Mauro Icardi will not be allowed to leave San Siro in this summer's transfer window.
A report last week claimed that Manchester United wanted to bring the Argentine, who scored 16 goals during the 2015-16 campaign, to Old Trafford.
However, Thohir has seemingly ended the Red Devils' interest and also revealed that Miranda and Ivan Perisic would not be allowed to leave the Italian club.
"Players like Icardi, Perisic and Miranda are Inter players and we will tell anyone who makes an approach that they are not for sale. We have a strategy. We need at least 16 players who are at the same level," Thohir told Corriere dello Sport.
Inter finished fourth in Serie A during the 2015-16 campaign, some 13 points off third-placed Roma.
