Crystal Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta is reportedly keen to sign a new contract with the Premier League club.
The 27-year-old has emerged as a potential target for RB Leipzig and Napoli after he enjoyed a productive 2023-24 campaign.
Mateta racked up 16 goals in 35 Premier League appearances to help the Eagles finish in 10th position, while his performances were enough to seal a spot in France's squad for the Olympics.
The Palace forward has netted a couple of goals for Thierry Henry's side, including the decisive strike in Friday's quarter-final success against Argentina.
While Mateta is preparing for a semi-final appearance, The Sun are reporting that he wants to sign a new bumper contract with Palace.
Mateta has two years left on his current deal, but he is looking for a pay rise to reflect his level of performance over the past year.
The report states that Palace are keen to retain the Frenchman's services and have not identified any potential replacements.

Southampton set to keep Walker-Peters
Staying in the Premier League, newly-promoted Southampton are reportedly expected to retain the services of full-back Kyle Walker-Peters.
The former Tottenham Hotspur man has been linked with a move to West Ham United, who are keen to sign a new right-back following Ben Johnson's departure.
However, according to Football Insider, West Ham have cooled their interest and have now turned their focus to Manchester United's Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
There is still a possibility that the 27-year-old could depart if any of his potential suitors meet Southampton's £20m asking price.
With the Hammers pursuing Wan-Bissaka, Walker-Peters looks set to remain at St Marys' despite entering the final 12 months of his contract.
If he does remain at the club, Walker-Peters' experience could be crucial in Southampton's bid to secure Premier League survival, having made 115 appearances in the top flight.

McKenna on verge of La Liga move
Over in La Liga, Las Palmas are reportedly set to complete the signing of former Nottingham Forest defender Scott McKenna.
The 27-year-old spent the 2023-24 campaign on loan at Danish side Copenhagen after being deemed surplus to requirements at the City Ground.
The centre-back was subsequently released by Forest earlier this summer, leaving him to evaluate his options ahead of his next move.
According to La Provinca, McKenna has made his decision and is now on the verge of joining Spanish side Las Palmas on a free transfer.
The left-footed defender is set to follow in the footsteps of one of his former Scotland teammates Oli McBurnie, who recently left Sheffield United for the club from Gran Canaria.
McKenna had been linked with a move to Championship side Hull City, but the Tigers have seemingly lost out in the race to sign the former Aberdeen man.
