Preview: Middlesbrough vs. Wigan Athletic

Sports Mole previews the match between Middlesbrough and Wigan Athletic in the Championship.

Middlesbrough will hope to continue their rise up the Championship table when they host Wigan Athletic on Tuesday night.

The North-East outfit suffered a setback away at league leaders Leicester City on Saturday, but boss Aitor Karanka will be keen to ensure that they return to winning ways against Wigan.

Marvin Emnes could return in attack with Lukas Jutkiewicz reportedly in talks with Bolton Wanderers.

Wigan travel to the Riverside Stadium on the back of a 2-1 success over Crystal Palace in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Manager Uwe Rosler has lost just twice in 11 matches in charge of the Latics, who need to improve on the road after just four away wins all season.
