Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scores twice for Saint-Etienne as they get the better of Nancy 3-0 away from home.

Saint-Etienne have enhanced their chances of Champions League qualification with a 3-0 victory over Nancy away from home in Ligue 1.

The visiting side took the lead as early as the 17th minute through Brandao, who shot home from the centre of the box.

It became 2-0 to Saint-Etienne five minutes from the half-time interval when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang fired in from outside the Nancy area.

However, the visitors were reduced to 10 men on 64 minutes when Fabien Lemoine was shown a straight red card for his challenge on Vincent Muratori.

Nancy too had a man sent off, Florent Zitte being dismissed for his foul on Jonathan Brison with 12 minutes of normal time left on the clock.

Aubameyang wrapped up the points for Saint-Etienne on 89 minutes with his second goal of the evening, finding the target from outside the area once again.
