Newcastle United defender Davide Santon has reportedly emerged as a summer transfer target for AC Milan.
Santon has made 93 appearances for the Magpies since signing from Inter Milan in 2011, but the full-back has been frequently linked with a return to Italy over the past 12 months.
According to the Northern Echo, AC Milan are keen to complete a deal for the 23-year-old, despite the uncertainty surrounding their current boss Clarence Seedorf.
Club president Adriano Galliani is an admirer of the defender and wants to take him to the San Siro, but he has been told it will take a significant offer to tempt the Magpies into selling the Italian international.
