Preview: Norway vs. Scotland

Sports Mole looks ahead to Tuesday's international friendly between Norway and Scotland in Molde.

While Scotland are bound to be disappointed with their 0-0 draw from last time out against the USA, it has meant that Gordon Strachan's side are unbeaten in their last three matches.

Boss Strachan will make alterations to his side for Tuesday night's trip to Molde, having said on Friday: "There will be people who we didn't put on tonight because we knew they were going to have a full game on Tuesday."

As a result, the likes of Steven Naismith, Russell Martin and Ikechi Anya could all be included in the starting lineup.

Meanwhile, the hosting Norwegians could call upon the services of former Manchester United trainee Magnus Wolff Eikrem, as well as centre-back Vegard Forren, who recently spent some time with Southampton.

The last time that Scotland travelled to the Scandinavian country, they slumped to a 4-0 defeat, with Blackburn Rovers midfielder Morten Gamst Pedersen scoring two of the home side's goals.

What's more, from the 17 meetings between the two nations, the Scots have won on just three occasions.
