Norwich City caretaker manager Neil Adams has insisted that his players have the right qualities to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
The Canaries, who have lost their last five games, are in the drop zone on goal difference with fixtures against Chelsea and Arsenal left to play this season.
However, Adams believes that his side can get positive results from those two matches and remain in the top flight.
"There are two massive, massive games and we need to take points from those games," he told BBC Sport. "I can see character in the dressing room.
"We have to pick the players up and they have to pick themselves up. We have to give a good account of ourselves against Chelsea and Arsenal."
Norwich make the trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on Sunday.
