Norwich City release four first-team players after promotion to Premier League

Norwich City release three out-of-contract players - Javier Garrido, Carlos Cuellar and Mark Bunn - and also mutually cancel Luciano Becchio's contract.

Norwich City have confirmed the release of four first-team players, including Javier Garrido and Carlos Cuellar, after their promotion to the Premier League.

Spanish defenders Garrido and Cuellar, along with goalkeeper Mark Bunn, have not been offered new deals, while striker Luciano Becchio has had his contract mutually terminated.

"It's important to register their efforts and support to the club this year, when at times it was frustrating for them personally that they weren't playing and involved," Canaries boss Alex Neil told the club website.

Norwich also added to their ranks today with the permanent capture of Graham Dorrans from West Bromwich Albion.
