Everton forward Steven Naismith will reportedly undergo a medical with Norwich City on Monday afternoon ahead of joining the Canaries on a long-term contract.
It is understood that the two clubs have come to an agreement in the region of £8.5m for the Scottish international, who has struggled for first-team football this season.
According to Sky Sports News, Naismith will travel to Norwich to undergo a medical later this afternoon and a deal could be announced tonight.
The 29-year-old, who swapped Rangers for the Premier League in 2012, has scored four times for Everton this season.
