Preview: Nottingham Forest vs. Barnsley

Sports Mole previews Barnsley's visit to Nottingham Forest in the Championship.

Nottingham Forest go into this weekend's Championship clash with Barnsley hoping to bounce back from the 2-1 defeat to Wigan Athletic in their last outing.

The Reds' first loss of the season cost them their position as league leaders, but three points against the Tykes could move them back to the summit.

Barnsley lie just one point clear of the drop zone after five games, but will no doubt be buoyed by their recent 2-1 victory over Huddersfield Town.

Simon Cox is likely to be drafted back into the Forest lineup as a replacement for Adlene Guedioura, who joined Crystal Palace last month.

Recent Barnsley signings Peter Ramage and Paddy McCourt could feature in some capacity, while Jason Scotland could lead their attack in the absence of the injured Marcus Pedersen.
