Osasuna have beaten Real Zaragoza 1-0 at Reyno de Navarra this evening.
Enrique Sola's fourth-minute strike was enough to give the home side the points when he headed home Damia's cross.
Despite conceding early, it was the visitors who started the brighter of the two teams, with on-loan Blackburn Rovers forward Ruben Rochina linking up nicely with striker Apono.
It was the former who was the chief creator for visitors though, and Rochina forced Osasuna stopper Andres Fernandez into a smart stop after the half-hour mark.
After the restart, Sola had a chance to double his tally for the evening, but this time his heading was off target as he nodded wide following a cross from Emiliano Armenteros after 54 minutes.
Just before the hour mark Rochina had a chance to level the scores, but his low drive fizzed just past the Fernandez's bottom corner.
There were half chances for Rodi and Apono late on, but the home side held on take all three points.
The defeat means Zaragoza have not won in their last seven outings.
