West Bromwich Albion have reportedly had an offer rejected by Palermo for forward Franco Vazquez.
The Baggies were believed to be competing with Tottenham Hotspur for the Argentine-born player's signature.
However, Gazzamercato claims that a €15m (£11.8m) offer has been turned down by the Rosanero.
It is thought that Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is holding out for offers around €25m (£19.3m) for the 27-year-old.
A host of Serie A clubs, including AC Milan and Roma, are believed to be interested in acquiring the striker.
