Matchday two at the Copa America begins with tournament debutants Canada seeking their first points of this competition when they face Peru on Tuesday at Children's Mercy Park.

In their opening match, the Peruvians held Chile to a 0-0 draw, while the Canucks were beaten 2-0 by the reigning champions Argentina.

We say: Peru 1-0 Canada

In these big tournaments, you have to take advantage of the opportunities presented to you, and just as we saw in the 2022 World Cup, Canada have not been able to find that decisive quality against superior opponents.

Peru may not possess as much attacking depth as the Canadians, but their rock-solid backline and experienced strikers have proven they can create a magical moment when needed.

Argentina can punch their ticket into the knockout stage of the 2024 Copa America when they head to MetLife Stadium in New Jersey to face Chile on Tuesday.

In the opening match of this tournament, the reigning champions fended off a pesky Canada side to win 2-0, while Chile could only manage a 0-0 draw with Peru.

We say: Chile 1-2 Argentina

On matchday one, the Argentines looked vulnerable in transition, but they have an array of veterans and youthful players that can change the complexion of any match, which is why we have them winning this game.
