Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson has insisted that he "enjoyed" the way his side played, despite losing 4-1 to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday afternoon.
Peterborough were downed by a Jordan Rhodes hat-trick, however Ferguson was full of credit for his players in the wake of the defeat.
"I really enjoyed watching some of our football," Sky Sports News quotes Ferguson as saying.
"We had started the game brightly so to concede such an early goal was a big blow, but I give credit to my players for not going under against a team with a hell of a lot of decent players.
"A lot of people might have thought Blackburn would go on to get five or six but we stuck to our task and kept looking for the ball."
Peterborough remain rock-bottom of the Championship.
