Preston North End manager Simon Grayson has said that Joe Garner is in fine form after his brace in Tuesday's victory against Port Vale.
The striker was involved in an altercation with Vale midfielder Anthony Griffith during the match, but Neil Kilkenny was mistakenly sent off instead.
Garner went on to score twice in the 2-0 success, which has taken his tally to seven goals from his last five appearances.
"He's playing with unbelievable confidence and it's not just his goals, but his all-round game," Grayson told BBC Sport.
"He is a handful for any defender at this moment in time and he is getting his just rewards."
Garner joined Preston from Watford in January.
