Paris Saint-Germain captain Thiago Silva has admitted that Ligue 1 is not the best preparation for the Champions League.
The French champions have dominated their domestic league this season and currently sit 24 points clear at the summit.
Silva was asked whether the lack of competition in France could harm PSG's concentration in Europe and the Brazilian has conceded that it might have an impact.
"It is difficult. When you are accustomed to winning, when you are used to winning, then afterwards you tend not to have the same level of concentration," Silva told The Telegraph.
"Sometimes you go into the games thinking you have already won because you are so strong. But we will stay strong because we have not yet won the Champions League."
PSG will welcome Chelsea to Paris for the first leg of their last-16 clash on Tuesday night.
