Loic Remy warns new club Queens Park Rangers that even the slightest personal problem can affect his performances on the pitch.

New Queens Park Rangers signing Loic Remy has warned Harry Redknapp that he is a somewhat tortured genius.

Remy, who scored on his debut against West Ham United yesterday, admitted that even the slightest of problems can affect his game.

"When I'm 100% I can do very good things, but when there's something not quite right in my head, something's bothering me, it becomes difficult," Remy told the Sunday People.

"My profile as a player is that when I've got a small problem, things become difficult.

"It might sound pretentious but the physios say that I'm like an F1 car. Whenever I've got a small problem, it's straight into the pits."

QPR beat off stiff competition from Newcastle United for Remy's signature.
