Queens Park Rangers defender Danny Simpson has credited manager Harry Redknapp for the team's strong start to the season.
The R's are currently in third place in the Championship table with nine wins and just one defeat from their opening 15 games.
Simpson believes that Redknapp has the squad playing the right way as they look to gain promotion back to the Premier League.
"He wants to win, he wants to see us play football and he's made that very clear," the 26 year-old told the club's official website.
"We are all trying to do that and as long as we keep listening to him and take on board his philosophy about how the game should be played, I'm sure we're going to click and create a lot more chances."
QPR continue their league campaign on November 23 when they welcome Charlton Athletic to Loftus Road.
