Sports Mole previews Sunday's clash between QPR and Liverpool as both sides look to bounce back from disappointing defeats in their last outings.

Queens Park Rangers will look to claim just their second win of the season as they take on Liverpool at Loftus Road on Sunday.

QPR go into the match bottom of the Premier League table following their 2-1 loss to West Bromwich Albion in their last outing, and will be looking for their first point of the festive period.

Liverpool also come into the match on the back of a disappointing defeat as they fell to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Stoke City last time out, leaving them 10th in the table.

The hosts will be without a number of first-team players as Julio Cesar, Kieran Dyer, Jose Bosingwa, Park Ji-Sung, Bobby Zamora and Andy Johnson are all still struggling with injuries.

Liverpool will also be without long-term absentees Ousama Assaidi, Fabio Borini and Martin Kelly for the match.

QPR won the corresponding fixture last season, running out 3-2 victors back in March having lost 1-0 at Anfield earlier in the campaign.
