Queens Park Rangers have completed the signing of Christopher Samba from Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala.
The 31-year-old has signed a contract that will keep him at Loftus Road until 2017 and he will reportedly earn £100,000 a week at the West London club.
It was reported earlier in the day that the Hoops had triggered the centre-back's £12.5m release clause, which allowed him to discuss a return to the Premier League.
Samba joins Queens Park Rangers with the club currently rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table.
