Cristiano Ronaldo is "convinced" that Real Madrid will become European champions for a 10th time this season.
Los Blancos face Atletico Madrid in the final of the Champions League on Saturday, with some sections suggesting that Atletico will enter as the favourites.
Ronaldo, however, who has declared himself fit for the final, is confident that his team will triumph in Lisbon this weekend.
"When you're winning, that always sends you into games feeling better. Atletico are happy, they're coming into this with high morale and strength, but a final is something completely different. It's a 50-50 game, but it's one I'm convinced we're going to win," Inside Spanish Football quotes Ronaldo as telling reporters at Madrid's training complex this morning.
"They're saying they're the favourites? Well, okay... We'll see out on the pitch!"
Madrid have not won the European Cup since 2002.
