Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has been forced to withdraw from the Spain squad for their upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers against Luxembourg and Ukraine.
The central defender has been nursing a shoulder injury in recent weeks, but did play the full 90 minutes of the Madrid derby at the weekend.
Ramos has been declared unfit to represent his country, however, and has therefore been replaced in the squad by Real Madrid teammate Nacho.
Ramos is the second Real Madrid defender to pull out this week, with Dani Carvajal forced to withdraw after sustaining an ankle injury against Atletico Madrid.
Spain face Luxembourg on October 9, before tackling Ukraine three days later.
