Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has said that Paul Pogba will draw a line under the speculation linking him with Real Madrid by extending his contract at the club.
The Frenchman, 20, has reportedly courted the interest of the Spanish giants in recent months by virtue of his displays for the Bianconeri, helping the club to their second straight Serie A title in his first season.
Nevertheless, Buffon says that Arturo Vidal's decision to commit his future until 2017 is testament to the "solid project" that coach Antonio Conte is building in Turin and believes Pogba will be apart of that.
Speaking to Tuttosport, the Italy international said: "Pogba? You will see soon that he will also renew [his contract].
"If a player who has as many offers like Arturo decides to tie himself to Juventus for such a long time, it's a very clear signal and it means that there is an important and solid project here.
"There is a conviction among the most important players in the squad that in the future we can achieve the same great results as in recent years."
Juventus, who sit at the summit of Italy's top flight, travel to Bologna on Friday.
